My name is Heather Ches and I am a mother of two teenage boys. They are the first loves of my life, and real estate is the second. I have been working in real estate for over 20 years. I began my real estate career in a Title Company and worked as an Escrow Officer. I worked on a very high volume desk and learned the real estate process from behind the scenes. During that time and continuing to present I became a Notary Public specializing in loan signings for purchases and refinances of mortgages. During the crash in 2008 I began working with mortgage companies inspecting houses with delinquent mortgages. I did this for 8 years which left a soft spot in my heart for homeowners in distress. This led me back to school to get my real estate license. I began selling real estate in 2015, which brought me full circle with my past employment.
